The seven heads fuel tank spot welding machine is mainly composed of machine body, transformer, upper and lower projection welding platform (special projection welding machine), upper and lower welding arm body (special spot welding machine), gas circuit (pressurization) system, water circuit (cooling) system, controller and manual switch.

The transformer of welding machine adopts the special resistance welding machine, the silicon steel slice is featured of high magnetic: the inner water- cooled by force; stronger power and high duty ratio. 

Controlled by micro-computer and can saved at most 16 sets of welding settings, which is quite convenient for different kinds of welding sheets.
